Christmas light scavenger hunt....
the items they needed to find

hot chocolate after a successful hunt...a perfect ending to the tour of christmas lights
a bit of a crisis
it started out as a normal johnny day....this morning he had scattered the kids socks all over the living/dining room...there were giggles and laughs as they discovered the elf mess
reyna was happy that it was her sock johnny was holding
and they were all pretty excited about the new christmas socks johnny brought for them
and this is how johnny looked later in the day....apparently mushu decided to play (eat) with johnny
I found him under the daycare Christmas tree rather battered and bruised (he was missing his hat and arms, both arms.) After johnnys disappearance earlier in the week I was reluctant to do that to the kids again...so we camouflaged johnny to hide the damage and went on a search for a replacement elf.
A successful search and tonight Johnny 2 will make his appearance. That darn cat is on my list...

Preschool Christmas program
was held this afternoon...
reyna has been practicing her songs for weeks
she was so excited for her performance
she lights up...
when olivia visits...this visit included a christmas present from olivia and her family
(reyna's godparents) and this year she actually cooperated and let me take a few pictures.
a bit of a bumpy week..
for Johnnny...with a little one in the house who can't keep his hands off johnny
johnny returned to the north pole early one day to recover and restore his magic.
he returned with a band-aid and a note from santa...
