a class I attended a few saturday's ago...a curriculum based on healthy eating and excersize for kids
a activity based class filled with ideas, and music, movement and fun
coming home with a tote of materials to use with my daycare was an awesome surprise!

it's that time

 

with cooler temps in the forecast,
along with those shorter days..
with snow being mentioned a time or two in those
weather forecasts
it was time to switch out the summer box, filled with swimsuits, and goggles, sunscreen and beach towels and replace it with the box that contains mittens and scarfs, and woolen hats
what a sad, sad day that always is.
