is this?
ummm yes it is my leg, my right one to be exact. So the next logical question would be where is it and what is happening. (some would say there is no logic to this what so ever.) notice those toes, I love that color by the way.
Well here is that leg 20 minutes later, love that masking tape band aid. So are you curious what caused that ankle to be bandaged? Well it would depend on who you talk to as to what occurred....some might say madness, others may say insanity, or perhaps just simply a crazy moment (all of these comments and many more were uttered by my family by the way)
Well here it is with the bandage removed, yes it is. No your eyes are not deceiving you. It's real....really for real. real. That would be a tattoo you are looking at, a star in case you're not trusting your eyes...and yes it is permanent.
Saturday was the day, noon to be exact. Linda was with, to slap me if I started shrieking or embarrassing myself, or to watch in wonder (the later is what occurred, she was so intently watching that she only took one pic, yes one picture. sigh.) No, it really didn't hurt, noticeable but I've felt much worse pain, oh! like say giving birth. So it took my family almost 24 hours to say something...apparently they noticed but figured it was a temporary one. The conversation that ensued when it was finally mentioned was in a word hilarious. Remember my family all believed it was fake, It didn't seem to matter that both Linda and I were telling the same story , none of them could or would believe it. Shock would be a good word, their faces when they realized I was telling the truth was unforgettable... I think perhaps the shock has wore off who knew something as simply as me getting a tattoo could rock their worlds. :)
