1st Communion
was today for Anthony, he has been participating in classes during month of October.
with Beckie his godparent
kevin was a communion server today, so he got to serve communion to Anthony today
a special time for this amazing boy.

grandma betty had an abundance of leaves so kevin and the kids
headed that way on saturday to do some yard clean up...
they had a lot of fun doing this "chore" that most adults dislike doing

curious george
reyna loves curious george...so when I saw this dress on etsy
i just knew it would be perfect for her...
she agreed, loved the big grin that spread across her face when she
first saw it..
creating a halloween costume...
first scour Pinterest...
next spray paint....why do I always end up picking costumes that require paint????
assemble...and then try to decide red wig or blue
trust me it was a very difficult decision for this one...sigh
and when all is said and done you have a costume that makes
this 8 year old grin...
our spin on a katy perry outfit...one costume down

graham crackers
love this cookbook...love it!
today we decided to try the home made graham crackers...
a note to self...read the recipe carefully...1/4 cup honey and 1 cup honey is a world of difference
she loved cutting out the cracker shapes
they taste amazing...and as she said in the recipe it is rather
foolproof and super simple to make.
