Whole Food Kitchen









registration opens tomorrow!I am so excited to be a part of this online workshop.  As I have changed the way we eat, moving towards more whole and natural foods I have found that often it is a bit overwhelming,  trying to pick what works for us and weeding through all that information (or misinformation if you will)is a study in patience.
 I have followed heather's blog for some time, finding that when I visit it is easy to get lost in the words and photos and the simpleness it conveys. Last spring when she offered this class I thought about joining but didn't for many reasons but perhaps most importantly I just wasn't ready for it.  I was just beginning this journey into healthful eating.  so when I saw that it was going to be offered again this fall, this time I was ready.  I even convinced Linda to join me in the class. 
Some of my hesitancy last spring was part of the class description, the part that mentioned a plant based diet...that had me stumbling (still does in part) I do enjoy meat and dairy.  This time when I read the class overview I didn't automatically close the door instead I wondered how this could work in my family,...and so here we are about to embark on a three month class to discover just how that will work.  want to visit Heather's blog go here
