Railroad days is an annual town celebrations. There are activities scattered around town appealing to young and old alike. Of course the highlight is the parade held on the Saturday of railroad days beginning at 6pm. We found our usual spot in front of caseys we are creatures of habit and sit there every year. Naturally mixed in with all the activities are food vendors this year brought in some local food booths and the one selling Mexican food was popular and quite busy. When I paid for my purchase the lady said "God bless you" how cool is that? Of course no town cekebration is complete without some cheese curds Rosie waited patiently in line for this tasty treat. Sunday found me working a food stand at the fairgrounds a first for me, it was for the special Olympics.
