I tried once to make lefsa, it didn't go well
some turned out resembling chips, or tortillas, or went straight to the garbage
sigh...so disaterous that I have not tried again
until last saturday, when JoAnn along with my aunt lucy and cousin paulette
joined in a lefsa making party. This time under the tutoring of JoAnn it went so much better.
She was so patient...
'and success...a wonderful stack of lefsa
which made my family very happy.
