love this story, love Dr. Seuss. In honor of his birthday each year we read the story and naturally eat green eggs and ham.
I will never tire of the faces of my daycare kids when first presented with this culinary delight. Most look apprehensive and completely worried, always there is one or two who dive right in...love that too. With a little encouragement most join in and discover they too like green eggs and ham.
