pure wonderfulness....

This baking last night filled my house with the most amazing smell...
I think most were stalking the oven just waiting for the bread to be finished.
It tasted as amazing as it smelled. It's a new recipe using and old favorite. I have often made Beer Bread for get to together or holiday's, it's perfect to use with dips. From first discovering it in the Tastefully Simply catalog years ago, it is the one thing I always purchase when ever I see a booth. Tuesday I went to a Tastefully Simply home show, where we sampled an incredible assortment of foods (seriously do not eat before attending a home show)
When the beer bread mix was presented, the demonstrator suggested a few alternative recipes. Pictured above is one of them.
Stirring in white chocolate chips and using Vanilla Coke in place of the beer. I was unable to find Vanilla Coke in my little town, so I tried Cherry coke. The result...pure wonderfulness!
